Raw Material Source |
|
The major raw material (i.e. raw castings) required are received
from Foundries in and around Coimbatore. We do take our clients to witness pouring,
proof machining, physical testing, radiography, etc., at this foundries.
The Other major raw materials involved in valve manufacturing
are the materials used for trim parts like stem, back-seat-bush, gland bush, yoke
bush etc., These are purchased from dealers and stockist of reputed manufacturers.
However, check testing of each and every lot of materials is done at reputed / approved
test houses and then only accepted for use.
Other materials like gland packing, gaskets, etc., are procured
from reputed people in business. |
